This theory holds that these motorcycle clubs offers a platform for a person with high propensity for criminal activity to unite to form a group in order to run businesses of different levels of sophistication. Motorcycle subculture groups incorporate their lives in ways that makes a person to exercise spontaneous and planned criminal activities. In addition, a person can be attracted to outlaw motorcycle gangs because they perceive a different sense of belonging within these gangs. This might be something they have been lacking in their entire life; therefore, they decide to get involved with these gangs in order to fulfill that desire or need.
